HTC has 'no intention' to settle with Apple

HTC's chairperson said that the company has no intention of settling with Apple.
Cher Wang, chairperson of HTC said:
HTC "has great skills in innovation and has the confidence to face legal lawsuits with Apple,"

She also said that the $1 billion jury verdict against Samsung in the U.S. "does not mean the failure of the entire Google Android ecosystem."
Back in March 2010, for example, Apple sued HTC over iPhone patents. More than a year after that, an initial ruling by the International Trade Commission came down in Apple's favor.
