The upcoming Sony Xperia Tablet is believed to have a 9.4-inch 1280x800-pixel screen and run on Nvidia's Tegra 3 quad-core chip,a 9.4-inch display with 1280×800 screen resolution, a 1MP front-facing camera, and an 8MP camera in the rear.It’s also said to be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or higher which means that it could be coming with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean from the start

Other expected specifications include up to 64GB of storage, WiFi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and 3G, along with GPS, an SD card slot

The Xperia tablet is said to cost just $50 less than the new iPad all around. The 16GB will sell for $449, the 32GB will sell for $549, and the 64GB model will sell for $649.The tablet will be officially revealed on Berlin IFO event by the end of this Month.
